Perfect Touch got it's name because Kathy L. Jackson, the owner, is a photo retoucher. The term referring to the practice was "touch up". She added the Perfect and the name stuck.

The graphics and framing was because Kathy is also a formally trained artist and experienced carpenter. It was Kathy's husband's idea to start framing as a hobby.

We started our business in the basement of our home eight years ago. The following year, we moved to our present location. In 1997, we published the official poster for the Million Woman March, by artist Samuel R. Byrd. The successful sales of the posters continues to this day. Since then, we've published many more successful images. Framing, however, is the focus of our business.
